Terms and Conditions for Driving Event:

Eligibility:

• Participants must hold a valid and unrestricted full driving license.
• Participants must be at least 25 years of age or older on the day of the event.
• Participants must comply with any additional eligibility criteria set forth by the event organizer.

Registration and Entry:

• Participants must complete the registration process as specified by the event organizer.
• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Only one registration per person is allowed.

Safety and Compliance:

• Participants must adhere to all applicable traffic laws, regulations, and safety guidelines during the driving event.
• The event organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant or vehicle that fails to meet safety or compliance standards.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to behave responsibly, respectfully, and in accordance with the event rules and instructions provided by the organizer.
• Any form of reckless driving, aggressive behavior, or violation of the event's code of conduct may result in immediate disqualification from the event.

Liability:

• Participation in the driving event is at the participant's own risk.
• The event organizer, sponsors, partners, or affiliates will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from participation in the event.
• Participants are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage for the duration of the event.

Photography and Videography:

• The event organizer may capture photographs or videos during the event for promotional or documentation purposes.
• By participating in the event, participants grant the event organizer the right to use their likeness, photographs, or videos in any promotional materials without further compensation.

Modification or Cancellation:

• The event organizer reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason.
• In the event of cancellation, the event organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants and provide appropriate alternatives or refunds.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified by the event organizer.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction
